Media Mail is the least expensive method of shipping books. Please keep in mind that media mail, while inexpensive, is quite slow. It is possible it could take a few weeks to arrive. If you want to upgrade to faster shipping, please let us know and we will give you a quote. Media Mail rate packages may not include non-media purchases. If you are combining shipping with non-media items from one of our other stores we will ship UPS unless it is under 2 pounds, then it will ship US Priority Mail. We can ship an item Next Day, 2nd Day or Express, but the shipping will of course be higher, usually significantly so. Please contact us before you purchase so we can give you a quote based on the speed you need.

In general, if an item is valuable or fragile we will ship UPS. UPS includes insurance in their rates for values us to $100. If the value of items in a box exceeds $100 we will pay the extra insurance, at no cost to you. We do not insure Priority Mall or Media Mail, but we will cover any product loss or damage if it ever occurs. We package very well - that's really the best insurance.
